Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

At EVOL and AGVA, we are committed to delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality, function, and durability. We proudly offer a Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on all EVOL and AGVA products purchased in Australia through authorised retail partners or official online stores managed by Marketmakers Accessories Pty Ltd, such as evolaustralia.com.au.

What's covered:

All EVOL and AGVA carrywear products are backed by a Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. This warranty applies to:

  • Stitching or seams that come apart due to manufacturing defects
  • Zippers that stop functioning due to faulty workmanship
  • Structural integrity issues under normal, intended use

This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Two-Year Warranty – EVOL Protect & EVOL Accessories

The following product lines are covered by a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase:

  • EVOL Protect: (SKUs: EV119, EV120, EV121, EV122)
  • EVOL Accessories: (SKUs: EV103, EV372RA, EV372RC, EV372RE, EV373, EV374, EV375, EV376, EV377)

These items are excluded from the Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty and are covered instead by a two-year warranty that protects against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions.

What's covered

The following are not covered under either warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear (including surface marks, minor scuffs, or cosmetic fading)
  • Misuse, improper handling, or neglect
  • Accidental or extreme damage (such as crushing, burns, or pet damage)
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Damage to the contents stored inside the product
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs

All products must be used in line with their intended function and cared for appropriately.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

The fastest way to begin your claim is by filling out the online warranty form.

Most claims are assessed and resolved within 2–10 business days.

If you are unable to access the claim form, please email us at sales (at) marketmakersacc.com.au with the following:

  • Your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email)
  • Photos of the issue
  • A description of the problem and how it occurred.

Our team will review your claim and advise on the appropriate next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or other resolution.
