      Once the warehouse has administered your order (1-3 days), delivery can take up to 1-7 Business days* and up to 10 Business days* during promotional periods, such as Christmas. (*In major metro areas and capital cities). EVOL does not offer express delivery.


      If in the unfortunate case your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, you can send it back to EVOL within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping).

      If you change your mind, please contact and we will help you exchange or refund your purchase if returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note: the return shipping cost isn’t covered and refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser’s method of payment. All items must be returned in original condition and in the original EVOL packaging.
